About Space Typing Shooter
A browser typing shooter inspired by classic word-combat arcade games. Destroy enemy ships by typing their words before they reach your craft.
How to play
- Start the game and choose a mode: Classic, Endless Survival, Hardcore, or Programming.
- Type letters to narrow targets when multiple ships share the same starting letter. When only one ship matches, you lock onto it.
- Complete the full word to fire a bullet. The ship is destroyed when the bullet hits after the word is finished.
- Press Enter when the ability bar is full to unleash a shockwave that clears visible enemies.
- Avoid collisions—enemy ships that reach your ship reduce lives. Clear waves to progress.

Yes. In Programming mode, the spacebar types spaces so phrases like git status work correctly.
Can I play on mobile?
A physical keyboard is strongly recommended. Touch keyboards are not ideal for this game.
